Customer Reviews
Got my new iPhone plan
So I finally decided to upgrade my phone and checked out Smartmobil for an iPhone mit Vertrag. The website was pretty easy to navigate, found the plan I wanted without much fuss. Delivery took about 4 days, which was fine. Everything just worked after I popped in the SIM. Pretty happy with it, no complaints.
Smooth switch, decent support
I switched to Smartmobil for their Allnet Flat LTE plan, bringing my old number over. The Rufnummernmitnahme process was clearly outlined on their site, and it went through without any problems, taking about 7 days after my old contract ended. I had one question about activating my new SIM-Karte and used their customer service chat, which was surprisingly responsive and helpful. The signal seems good in my area. The Bereitstellungspreis was 0 Euro, which was a nice bonus. Overall, a solid experience from ordering to daily use.
Good deal, easy setup
I ordered a SIM-only tariff from Smartmobil. The process was straightforward, and I got a good monthly rate. Activation was quick once the SIM arrived. No issues so far with service quality.
Great value on new phone
I was looking for a new smartphone plan and found a Handytarif mit Smartphone deal here. They waived the setup fee, which saved me some money right away. The monthly price for the Samsung Galaxy with contract was also much better than other places I checked. Felt like a good purchase overall, definitely got my money's worth.
Reliable for another year
This is my third time renewing with Smartmobil. I originally started with a SIM-only plan and then got an iPhone with a contract last year. This time, I just extended my Allnet Flat 5G tariff. Their prices have always been competitive, and I appreciate the consistency. The network performance has been stable where I live and work, which is important to me. Never had a major issue that wasn't resolved quickly. It's just easy to stick with them, no surprises.

Hey guys, thinking about getting an iPhone 15 with a plan from smartmobil. Is this legit or one of those sketch sites? Never heard of them before.
Anyone know how long it usually takes for them to ship a new SIM card to, say, Berlin? Need it pretty quick.
